Qualifications

• Ability to read floor plans, door schedules and technical drawings.
• Experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service.
• Comfortable working with online ordering systems and maintaining product information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the online ironmongery shop with accurate listings, descriptions and pricing.
• Process customer orders, enquiries and coordinate stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Support sales growth by upselling and building relationships with contractors and installers.
