Job summary

Milvian Group is seeking an IoT Specialist to support configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of IoT hardware and connected systems worldwide. You will collaborate with Installation Operations, Building Controls, Project Management, and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with IoT devices, gateways, sensors, and cloud-connected systems, and offers a hybrid London-area work arrangement with full-time status.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IoT, networking, hardware deployment, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and wireless tech.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud-integrated systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy IoT hardware including gateways and sensors.
• Support deployment of LTE, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, LoRaWAN across sites globally.
• Validate connectivity and data transmission to cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and networking issues pre-/post-deployment.
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, and staging for deployments.
