Bibby Financial Services in Manchester is hiring an Invoice Discounting Executive to join our team. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment with hybrid working and clear opportunities to progress your career.

You’ll analyze cash flow, manage debt verification, and liaise with clients and their debtors to balance ledgers and protect profitability. The role suits those with accounting or credit-control experience seeking a busy, hands-on position.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounting/credit control within financial or factoring environments.
• Regular client and internal team interaction with strong customer service.
• Solid understanding of internal systems and MS Office.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a office environment in a large team.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Month End Reconciliation for a portfolio of clients, including due diligence and item checks.
• Debt Verification by confirming invoices with debtors and diarising follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Relationship and Risk teams to verify live client ledgers for security and profitability.
• Establish and maintain a professional, efficient relationship with clients.
• Proactively drive efficiencies and identify automation opportunities for MER and debt verification processes.
• Foster a positive, client-focused environment and deliver excellent service.
