Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within invoice finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Keeps good working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-hand support for client managers with queries, admin tasks and reporting.
• Maintain an excellent standard of service at all times.
• Process client payment requests on receipt and handle overpayments per authority.
• Document changes to client terms and conditions accurately.
• Handle relevant fees, reports and documents for client terminations.
• Review dashboards and address reconciliation variances with clients.
• Assist with new business onboarding and system setup.
