Bibby Financial Services in Manchester is hiring an Account Executive to join a supportive, collaborative team. The role offers hybrid working, clear progression opportunities, and a focus on building client relationships with structured processes to handle portfolios efficiently.

You'll manage debtors' ledgers, ensure profitability, and work with internal teams to escalate risks or opportunities. The package includes a performance bonus and benefits.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience
• Commercial risk awareness
• Experience with high volume calls & comfortable on the phone
• Exceptionally high standards with meticulous attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Ensure security and profitability of a portfolio through efficient Sales Ledger management
• Contact debtors while abiding by confidentiality; inform on outstanding balances
• Maintain regular contact with the RM to ensure seamless service
• Identify and escalate risks or opportunities with relevant parties
• Collect financial information from clients (PAYE, VAT, bank statements, management accounts)
• Allocate cash to client ledgers using AQ based on contractual debt
• Process complex schedules using AQ to ensure accurate processing
• Record all relevant information in client files
