St. James's Place is seeking a Communications Specialist to join the Internal Communications team in a hybrid working environment.

The role focuses on creating engaging content, building strong collaborator relationships and keeping colleagues connected with what's happening across the business. You'll deliver across email, intranet, web, video and print, ensure accuracy and governance, and support employee-focused campaigns while developing your communication expertise within a hands-on

Qualifications

• Communications experience in internal environment is preferred.
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for multiple channels (email, intranet, web, print).
• Experience planning and delivering communications activities or campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver internal communications across channels such as email, intranet, web, video and print.
• Produce clear, accurate content to keep colleagues informed and connected.
• Build partnerships with collaborators and subject matter experts to source content.
• Support employees-focused campaigns and cyclical communications activities.
• Ensure communications adhere to governance, approvals and brand standards.
• Review and proofread content with high accuracy.
• Assist with planning and scheduling of communications activity.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a consistent employee experience.
