Job summary

Cooper Solutions, part of PIB Group, is seeking an Internal Account Executive to join our team. You will handle customer support calls and emails, assist Account Managers, deliver remote training, and contribute to month-end reporting.

The ideal candidate has customer service or admin experience, is tech-literate with Microsoft Office, highly organized, and communicates clearly. We offer a salary up to £30,000, a generous bonus scheme, company benefits, and a hybrid pattern from Barford.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a genuine customer-focused approach.
• Technically competent - confident with core software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
