Job summary

Cooper Solutions, part of PIB Group, is seeking an Internal Account Executive for its Warwick Barford office. You will respond to customer support requests, assist Account Managers, and conduct remote trainings while contributing to month-end reporting.

Hybrid work pattern with a Barford office base. Ideal candidates will have customer service or admin experience, be technically confident with Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Technically competent – confident with core software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Responding to customer support calls and emails.
