Trial Balance Consulting is engaged to source an Interim Management Accountant for a Plymouth-based role with hybrid working. The role focuses on delivering timely management accounts and supporting the month-end process for a technology business.

The candidate will lead reporting, produce P&L statements and assist with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis in a busy finance environment. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential, with the ability to manage workload and meet tight

Qualifications

• Experience as Management Accountant or interim role with ability to deliver accurate financial reporting from day one.
• Strong grasp of accounting processes including month end close and financial reporting.
• Able to produce clear and accurate financial reports to guide business decisions.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working with Excel and ERP tools.

Responsabilités

• Preparing timely and accurate management accounts.
• Supporting the month end process and financial reporting.
• Producing profit and loss statements and supporting schedules.
• Assisting with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Providing support across the wider finance team when needed.
