Capgemini UK is seeking an experienced Insurance Solution Architect to design end-to-end solutions for insurance initiatives, projects and platform teams. You will shape options, assess costs, benefits and risks, and ensure availability, security, resilience and performance across the architecture.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects and delivery teams, translate business needs into technical designs, and guide long-term strategy while balancing short-term delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance industry and the technologies deployed within the industry.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (agile).
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IT solutions for insurance initiatives and platform teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and delivery teams to align trade-offs.
• Ensure design artefacts support service, security, architecture and engineering.
