Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Background in software design and system integration.
• Experience within the Institute’s industry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architectures for complex change initiatives.
• Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with governance.
• Design secure, scalable integration patterns across enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across teams.
• Govern multi-MSP delivery models with clear guardrails.
• Embed security-by-design and regulatory compliance in architectures.
• Communicate architectural options to senior stakeholders.
• Foster innovation with Azure and low-code/no-code approaches.
