Job summary

Watlow in Worthing, UK is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to manage a defined customer portfolio, driving proactive engagement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the primary commercial contact for customers, coordinating internal resources across Direct Sales, Technical Teams and Shared Services.

You’ll build lasting relationships, qualify inbound requests, propose technical and commercial solutions, prepare quotes, and track orders through delivery while coordinating

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in industrial B2B sales.
Ability to coordinate tailored technical and commercial solutions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; openness to AI/digital tools.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Technical education in industrial manufacturing or thermal solutions is a plus.
