Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or security operations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs and secure remote access.
• Experience with Microsoft server and endpoint technologies.
• Ability to analyze logs and monitor networks for faults.
• Effective documentation and clear communication of risks.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve network services across multiple sites.
• Configure and support enterprise networking equipment and security systems.
• Investigate and manage network and security alerts with incident documentation.
• Support and enhance Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle project management.
• Provide technical escalation and coordinate with service providers.
• Maintain network documentation and apply security principles.
