Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, systems or second/third-line support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID or similar cloud services.
• Good networking understanding (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and improve Microsoft server, desktop and cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and related identity services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance.
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and improvements.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, patching, security and resilience.
• Produce technical documentation and collaborate with partners.
