Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of enterprise infrastructure experience, strong networking and security skills, and proficiency with Microsoft server and endpoint technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or security operations.
• Strong TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft server and endpoint technologies.
• Clear documentation and effective communication of risks.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve network services across multiple sites.
• Configure and support enterprise networking equipment and security systems.
• Investigate and manage network and security alerts with incident documentation.
• Support and enhance Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades and manage lifecycle projects.
• Provide technical escalation and collaborate with service providers to restore services.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and apply security principles.
