Job summary

Made4Tech Global is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to join a long-established manufacturing business modernising its IT function. You’ll manage Hyper‑V, Active Directory, networks and Microsoft 365, while delivering hands-on user support across sites.

Working in a small team, you’ll be onsite about three days a week, drive security improvements and practical fixes, and build strong relationships with users and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across Hyper‑V, Active Directory, core networking, cyber security fundamentals and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to remote desktop tooling, server monitoring, SSO, Sophos firewalls, Cisco switches, Meraki access points, Veeam or desktop OS deployment would be useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad mix of infrastructure maintenance, project activity and hands-on Helpdesk support.
• Support users directly while contributing to improvements across servers, networks, security and Microsoft 365.
• Cover infrastructure including Hyper‑V, Active Directory, cyber security, WAN/LAN networking, and Microsoft 365.
