Job summary

Bet365 is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to power the technology behind the world’s favourite sports betting platform. You will manage compute/storage platforms across private/public cloud, implement automation, and drive continuous improvement.

The role includes weekend on‑call and potential out-of-hours support, with eligibility for the hybrid work-from-home policy. Join a global infrastructure team supporting Windows/Linux workloads, virtualisation, and containerised environments,

Qualifications

• Windows Server administration including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Failover Clustering.
• VCF experience with vCenter, vSphere and monitoring tooling.
• Hands-on storage experience with NetApp, Hitachi and Pure.
• Drive to automate with PowerShell, Ansible and Python.
• Interest in AI-powered tools to support investigations and workflows.
• Fundamental understanding of networking, load balancing, enterprise storage and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology specialists to fix issues and deliver platform enhancements.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and opportunities for automation.
• Support, maintain, build and manage platforms, systems and storage.
• Define and enhance system monitoring using modern tooling and practices.
• Mentor and coach other engineers to transfer knowledge and skills.
• Participate in an on-call support rota for technical escalation.
