Job summary

BlueCrest Capital Management is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer in London to support multi-tenant private and public cloud initiatives. You will work across Windows server platforms, virtualization, and container technologies, delivering secure, scalable services for trading operations.

The role emphasizes automation, standardisation, and rapid delivery in a high‑velocity environment, with opportunities to grow in solution design and architecture alongside senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role within a financial institution (advantageous).
• Strong Windows/server engineering and virtualization experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency in IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with JSON/YAML.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-tenant private and public cloud initiatives.
• Contribute to delivery of services across trading, middle, and back office globally.
• Drive standardisation, automation, and orchestration across platforms.
• Cover BAU duties while engaging in project initiatives.
