You will work across Windows and Linux workloads, managing compute and storage, and driving automation to improve efficiency. A collaborative, cross‑functional team environment awaits with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering.
• Hands-on VMware Cloud Foundation experience.
• Experience with NetApp, Hitachi, or Pure storage.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Ansible or Python to automate tasks.
• Interest in AI-powered investigation and documentation tooling.
• Fundamental networking, load balancing and virtualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology specialists to fix issues and deliver platform enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Support, maintain, and manage platforms, systems and storage.
• Define and improve system monitoring using modern tools.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge.
• Participate in on-call support rota for escalation.
