Job summary

Titan Wealth Holdings Limited in Inverurie is seeking an IFA Administration Assistant to support financial advisers in delivering compliant wealth management services. You will help prepare client reviews, gather plan information, and maintain accurate records in IO.

The role is hybrid, based at our Inverurie office, with training, regulatory exposure and opportunities to develop within Titan Wealth Planning. You will join a collaborative team focused on client service and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 monthants IFA administration experience supporting an adviser.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Methodical and organised with good attention to detail.
• Computer literate with data handling proficiency.
• Knowledge of the advice process and regulatory requirements.
• Strong collaboration and initiative.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisers in preparing for client reviews by updating client and plan information on IO.
• Request plan information from providers via post, email or provider platform; chase for timely receipt and upload to IO.
• Update contributions/withdrawals using provider histories; link transfers within plans.
• Add missing policy details to IO.
• Validate funds in IO; ensure accurate plan valuations from price feeds.
• Check client income expectations and update as needed.
• Collate costs/charges for plans; note income from commissions and adviser charges.
• Create and check client valuation reports using IO templates; upload to IO.
• Produce OneNote packs for advisers as required.
