Idex Consulting Ltd. in Stirling is recruiting an experienced Financial Administrator to support a leading IFA practice. You will handle admin tasks across financial planning, using Intelligent Office (IO) and other provider platforms to process quotes and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a financial services administration role.
• Confident working with platforms and financial planning systems (IO preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Professional communication skills with a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across all areas of financial planning.
• Use Intelligent Office IO and various provider platforms.
• Obtain quotes, illustrations, product details and required paperwork.
• Prepare client valuations and annual review packs.
• Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise directly with providers and respond to client queries.
• Maintain and update client records in line with compliance standards.
