• Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience supporting an adviser.
• Familiar with regulatory or financial industry practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Methodical, organised and detail oriented.
• Collaborative and proactive in supporting advisers.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisers in client reviews by keeping plan data up to date on IO.
• Obtain plan information from providers and upload to IO.
• Update contributions/withdrawals and link plan transfers.
• Prepare client valuation packs and related documents.
• Produce client letters and respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Support new business processing and provider liaising.
• Ensure compliance with policies and stay updated on market changes.
