Premier Jobs UK is recruiting a Client Administrator in Glasgow to support a high-volume Financial Planner within a growing national firm. You will manage new business applications and client records, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £28,000–£32,000, and a benefits package including pension, life assurance and healthcare. You'll develop technical expertise in wealth management and play a key part in delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures.
• Experience using CURO or similar back-office systems.
• Resilient character capable of thriving in a high-volume, demanding environment.
• Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the new business application process and meeting service level agreements
• Processing applications and engaging with providers and third parties
• Actioning Letters of Authority and Transfer of Authority documentation; providing regular pipeline updates and chasing outstanding cases
• Preparing Financial Planners for client meetings with accurate documentation
• Managing telephone enquiries and daily post
• Maintaining comprehensive client records within CURO back-office system
