Job summary

Recruit Wealth Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the Advice Operations team at Westerham. You will support Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the wider team, ensuring a high-quality client service throughout the financial planning journey.

The role suits a proactive, organised individual with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, in a technology-driven company investing in growth and development. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management environments.
• Proven ability to support advisers and paraplanners.
• Strong organisation, detail orientation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end new business administration processes.
• Process new business accurately within service standards.
• Liaise with providers, solicitors, accountants and third parties.
• Handle letters of authority and provider follow-ups.
• Support advisers with pipeline management and client servicing.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records across systems.
• Assist with meeting prep and ongoing client communications.
• Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and documentation.
• Deliver excellent client service via phone and email.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
