Titan Wealth, a dynamic wealth management group, is seeking an experienced Client Support professional for our Newton Mearns office. You will interact with clients directly and participate in the full advice process, helping advisers prepare for reviews and ensuring accurate client data in IO.

This role offers progression within a fast-growing firm and emphasizes delivering excellent service while supporting compliant processes and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience supporting an advisor.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Methodical and organised.
• Computer literate with accurate attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the advice process.
• Collaborative, proactive and curious.
• Desire to learn and develop and step out of comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisers in preparing for client reviews.
• Ensure client and plan information is up to date in IO.
• Request and chase plan information from providers; upload to IO.
• Update contributions/withdrawals using provider histories.
• Validate funds and price feeds in IO for accurate valuations.
• Produce client valuation reports and OneNote packs.
• Liaise with providers to gather missing information.
• Maintain effective client files and handle day-to-day inquiries.
