Sweco is seeking an Electrical/ICA Field Engineer to join the Asset Management Business Unit in Warrington. The role involves delivering ICA/SCADA projects, including PLC, HMI, telemetry, IoT, and data networks, with travel across the Northwest of England.

You will support EDM Asset Surveys at treatment sites and contribute to project delivery, design reviews, and continuous improvement. A relevant technical background and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Electrical qualifications or apprenticeship trained is required.
• A background in instrumentation and process control with knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and IoT is essential.
• Experience supervising ICA/SCADA contractors on multiple projects, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Experience in preparing/reviewing design docs such as URS and scoping docs for ICA/SCADA and telemetry.
• Experience with FAT/SAT/Configuration auditing and UAT.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Degree/HND or equivalent in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Project Start-up: participate in internal start-up meetings.
• Project Delivery: produce design deliverables and deliver ICA/SCADA projects (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Telemetry, IoT, data networks).
• Post Project Review: provide input for continuous improvement.
