Job summary

PD&MS Energy (Aberdeen) Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the QHSE function for a Grangemouth EPC contract. Hybrid role, four days at Grangemouth office and one day remote, Monday–Friday, permanent position.

You will drive HSE objectives, manage audits and incidents, liaise with regulators, clients and vendors, and promote a proactive safety culture across offshore and onshore sites.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety or Equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support at project level and advise management on HSE objectives and contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards across the project, and report metrics monthly/quarterly.
• Lead audits and investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
