Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a major EPC contract based in Grangemouth. The role is full-time, permanent, with a hybrid pattern (3 days at office/site, 2 days remote).

You will lead HSE across the project, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and client standards while promoting a proactive safety culture. Qualifications

• Significant experience in an HSE leadership role within energy/engineering/EPC environments.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as HSE representative at project level and advise project teams, clients, contractors and vendors.
• Support PMs in developing and implementing HSE objectives aligned with contract requirements.
• Ensure HSE considerations are integrated across all phases of project delivery.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses and drive corrective actions.
