Job summary

NES Fircroft in Grangemouth seeks an experienced HSE Manager to support a major EPC contract on a full-time, permanent basis. The role operates on a hybrid pattern with three days in-office/site and two days remote, Monday to Friday.

You will lead HSE at the project level, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and client standards, conducting risk assessments and audits, and championing a proactive safety culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an HSE leadership role within energy, EPC, petrochemical or industrial sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation and industry best practice.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HSE representative at project level, providing professional HSE support and advice to project teams, clients, contractors and vendors.
• Develop, plan and implement HSE objectives in line with contractual requirements.
• Ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all phases of project delivery.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses and non-conformances to identify root causes.
