Job summary

Page Personnel is partnering with a large Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 9-month FTC in Slough. The role covers HR policy guidance, recruitment support, employee relations and workforce planning, with a focus on engagement and wellbeing.

You will work with senior leaders to shape people strategies and drive improvements across the people agenda. The role offers hybrid working (3 days on site) with a competitive pension and holiday provision and a salary of

• Guidance on HR policies and employment law for managers and staff.
• Support recruitment processes and candidate selection.
• Manage employee relations issues, with advice and resolutions.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and organisational development.

• Analyse HR data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and systems.
