The Human Resources Administrator at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is the first point of contact for recruiting managers, applicants and interviewees, handling recruitment administration from posting ads to pre-employment checks.

Based at Poole with occasional home working, you will manage high-volume HR processes, liaise with managers at all levels and contribute to a supportive, inclusive recruitment service across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration and high-volume HR processes.
• Ability to liaise with managers, applicants and interviewees.
• Experience with pre-employment checks.

Responsabilités

• Providing a high quality service to all Recruiting Managers, Trust employees, potential employees and applicants.
• Ensuring the HR administration process is managed efficiently and effectively.
• Acting as the main point of contact for Recruiting Managers, applicants and interviewees, taking ownership of the recruitment process and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed safely and in a timely manner.
