Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse posts. The role covers everything from advertising vacancies to making offers, and you will be the main contact for hiring managers and candidates.

The position offers a blend of office and home working, with typical Monday to Friday hours 8am–6pm and rotating 8am–4pm / 10am–6pm shifts. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Operational recruitment experience and candidate screening.
• Knowledge of recruitment or HR processes.
• Experience with pre-employment checks.
• Training delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from advertising vacancies to offers.
• Act as main contact for hiring managers and candidates.
• Attract, source and select candidates across the Trust's sites.
• Advertise vacancies, sort applications and set up interviews.
• Make offer calls and start salary discussions based on experience.
• Provide customer service to candidates and managers, resolve queries.
• Support recruitment campaigns and use IT systems for admin and data handling.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across recruitment tasks.
