Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton (Bristol) offers an internship in the Reward and Benefits team. You will help plan recognition events, coordinate stakeholders, and support employee benefits communication while learning about total rewards.

The placement is open to undergraduates for the full duration, with strong emphasis on detail, communication, and teamwork. UK BPSS and potential security clearances may apply, with hybrid work options depending on role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only for the entire placement.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or MS Office and GSuite.
• Collaborates well within a team and can multi-task under pressure.
• Experience supporting events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering recognition events and awards for Airbus employees.
• Coordinate with line managers, HR partners, external suppliers and internal communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Support awareness of employee benefits during on-site events.
• Contribute to pay transparency and total rewards initiatives.
