HRConnect is seeking an experienced administrator to join the HR and Payroll team in a hybrid role based at Kings Hill, Kent. You will handle HR, payroll and pensions data, support multiple payrolls, and maintain confidential records to support service standards.
This position requires strong numerical ability, accuracy with data, and excellent customer service skills. You will work across systems, liaise with colleagues and external partners, and contribute to improvements within HR delivery.
