HR Connect in Kings Hill is seeking an HR & Payroll Assistant to support payroll, pensions and HR services for schools and organisations. The role is hybrid with part-time hours (24.5 per week) and a fixed-term of up to 12 months.
Salary is £25,948.96 per annum (FTE). The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and IT proficiency, including Excel and Word, with duties spanning payroll processing and advisory support.

As an HR & Payroll Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Delivery Team to meet employer obligations under the Teachers Pensions Scheme. Your responsibilities ensure accurate employee payments, meticulous record keeping and exceptional customer service.
