Job summary

Expleo seeks a strong HR Generalist/Business Partner to support the UK Technology and Engineering units. The role offers hybrid working from Preston, Bristol or London with travel to Expleo sites as required.

Reporting to the HR Practice Managers, you will deliver talent management, employee relations, career development and engagement initiatives while supporting HR transformation. You will partner with managers, drive leadership capability, and collaborate with HR Operations, TA, Payroll and

Qualifications

Strong generalist HR experience advising managers.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience managing complex employee relations cases.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the lifecycle.
Coach managers on employee relations, performance, attendance and organisational change.
Lead and support redundancy consultations and restructuring with legal compliance and risk management.
Support talent management activities including succession planning and career development discussions.
Partner with managers to enhance leadership and management capability through coaching and development interventions.
Support employee engagement initiatives and the delivery of the UK HR roadmap.
