Job summary

Expleo is seeking a strong HR generalist/business partner to support our UK Technology and Engineering units. The role can be based from Preston, Bristol or London offices with hybrid working and occasional travel to Expleo sites as required.

Reporting to the HR Practice Managers, with a close working relationship with the UK HR Director, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to broaden exposure to business partnering activities while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent with UK HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and talent management.
• Experience supporting change and HR transformation activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the lifecycle.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, conduct and change.
• Lead complex ER cases with compliance and risk management.
• Support redundancy, restructuring and settlement processes.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and career development.
• Enhance leadership effectiveness through coaching and development.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, TA, Payroll and L&D to ensure seamless lifecycle.
• Analyse people data to identify risks and opportunities.
