Job summary

Expleo is seeking a strong HR generalist/business partner to support the UK Technology and Engineering units. Based from Preston, Bristol or London with hybrid working and occasional site travel, this role partners with managers to deliver talent management, employee relations and engagement across the business.

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR practice

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and support managers on employee relations matters including performance, attendance and change.
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases with legal compliance.
• Lead redundancy consultations and organisational restructuring with risk management.
• Support talent management activities including succession planning and career development.
• Partner with managers to enhance leadership effectiveness and capability.
• Support delivery and improvement of employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Transformation Office to rollout UK HR roadmap.
• Work with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and L&D to ensure seamless lifecycle experience.
• Analyse people data to identify opportunities and inform leaders.
