Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced HR generalist/ business partner to support our UK Technology and Engineering units. The role offers hybrid working from Preston, Bristol or London with occasional travel to Expleo sites across the UK.

You will partner with managers to drive talent management, employee relations, career development and employee engagement while contributing to HR transformation activities and the UK HR roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience supporting managers in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience delivering manager training and capability-building sessions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the lifecycle.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, probation, attendance and change.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with legal compliance and risk management.
• Lead/assist redundancy consultations and organisational restructures.
• Support talent management, succession planning and career development discussions.
• Partner with managers to enhance leadership effectiveness and capability.
• Deliver and improve employee engagement initiatives across the business.
• Support UK HR roadmap rollout with new processes, policies and systems.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Learning teams.
