Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a strong HR generalist/business partner to support our UK Technology and Engineering units. The role offers hybrid working from Preston, Bristol or London offices with occasional travel to Expleo sites as required.

Reporting to the HR Practice Managers, this role provides exposure to business partnering while maintaining an operational HR focus. You will support talent management, employee relations, career development and engagement initiatives, while contributing to HR

Qualifications

Experience delivering talent management, employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Experience partnering with managers to address people challenges and build capability.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Coach managers on employee relations matters including performance, attendance and conduct.
Lead and support redundancy consultations and restructuring with regulatory compliance.
Support talent management activities including succession planning and career development discussions.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding through to career development.
