The ideal candidate has HR administration experience, exposure to a shared services model, and strong organizational skills with confidence in handling confidential information and HR systems.

Formación

• Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role.
• Experience within a professional services environment.
• Exposure to a shared services HR model.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident using HR systems and handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records.
• Manage HR system updates and data accuracy.
• Support absence management, family leave and flexible working processes.
• Handle HR queries and provide first-line HR support.
• Collaborate with Payroll and wider HR teams to deliver an efficient HR service.
