Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is hiring an HR Administrator to join a growing business with hybrid working. You will maintain employee records, support recruitment and payroll administration, and help keep HR documentation accurate and confidential.

You will receive training and development opportunities, with clear ownership of your workload and a path to long-term progression within HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration.
• Bright HR experience advantageous.
• Qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar.
• Commutable to Stockport.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records, HR documentation and supporting recruitment administration.
• Supporting payroll administration and ensuring HR processes are handled efficiently and confidentially.
• Hybrid working: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm with office/remote pattern.
