Technify Talent Limited in Reading, Berkshire is seeking an organised HR Generalist to join a growing technology business on a hybrid basis. The role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to offboarding.

You will work with the HR team to ensure smooth processes, provide first-line support to managers, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or HR Administrator.
• Knowledge of UK employment law, HR processes and GDPR.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job adverts, interviews, offers and pre-employment screening.
• Manage onboarding, inductions, probation reviews and employee offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation using the company's HR system.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Administer employee changes, absence records, benefits and HR reporting.
• Support employee relations processes, wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
• Provide occasional support with office and facilities management.
