Job summary

Wave is seeking an HR Co-ordinator for 37 hours per week (permanent) based with hybrid working options in Durham. Salary from £26,400 (pro rata) plus up to 8% discretionary bonus. You will support HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping while liaising with the HR team and HR Manager.

The role requires CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, a solid grasp of UK employment law, and strong MS Office skills. Closing date 23 September 2026.

Qualifications

• A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and/or substantial HR experience across the employee lifecycle is essential.
• Good understanding of HR processes and UK employment law is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.
