HR4UK, a leading HR consultancy, is seeking an HR Consultant to join our team in Hinckley. You will build strong client relationships, deliver tailored HR advice, and support on a broad range of HR issues, including investigations and disciplinary and grievance hearings.

The role offers a true hybrid model with 3 days in the office, flexible working, and a competitive salary package. You will stay ahead of employment law changes and provide training to clients on new legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings, ensuring fairness and compliance with employment law.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships, understand their needs and deliver HR advice, as well as deliver training to clients around new legislation.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and provide value-added HR support across a broad spectrum of issues.
• Lead investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings with fairness and compliance.
• Deliver HR advice and training to clients on new legislation and best practices.
