Job summary

HR4UK is seeking an HR Consultant to deliver practical HR advice and support across UK clients from Hinckley. The role offers a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and two days working from home, and a salary in the stated range.

You will manage investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, protect fairness, and help clients comply with employment law while developing your skills within a collaborative team.

• Experience of working on investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings, ensuring fairness and compliance with employment law.
• The ability to develop strong client relationships, understand their needs and deliver HR advice, as well as deliver training to clients around new legislation.
• A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
