Job summary

rpc, The Retail Performance Company, is seeking an HR Advisor to join our UK HR team in Farnborough on a hybrid basis. You will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and data management across the UK & Ireland, while safeguarding confidential information.

The role offers a structured environment with opportunities for development and close collaboration with managers, payroll, and HR colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or People Operations.
• Understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and payroll changes.
• Knowledge of UK HR practices and policies.
• Payroll coordination experience is advantageous.
• CIPD Level 3 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the UK and Ireland from recruitment to offboarding.
• Be first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR data in systems like Personio and SAP.
• Support monthly payroll processes with UK accountants.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to improve processes and employee experience.
