You will contribute to HR projects and initiatives while ensuring compliant, high-quality HR services. The position emphasizes relationship-building, process improvement, and a proactive approach to HR support.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Exposure to payroll processes and HR administration tasks.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers on a broad range of people matters.
• Handle employee relations cases ensuring fairness and compliance with legislation.
• Support performance management, probation reviews and lifecycle activities.
• Assist with investigations and prepare HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activity and process changes accurately.
• Maintain accurate HR records and internal procedures.
• Monitor HR processes for efficiency and service delivery improvements.
• Support HR initiatives, projects and system enhancements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and promote best-practice people management.
