Job summary

HR Recruit in Bradford is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide pragmatic, legally compliant HR guidance to line managers across ER issues. You will coach managers to resolve disputes, escalate where needed and contribute to HR transformation initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in HR advisory, strong employment law knowledge, and excellent communication. A hybrid working pattern (1 day in the office, 4 days WFH) is offered with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ HR advisory experience with exposure to complex ER issues.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and company policies.
• Degree/CIPD or equivalent qualification in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice online and by phone to line managers on ER issues.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate colleagues.
• Manage ER cases to minimise suspensions and progress events promptly.
• Provide HR guidance in line with service agreements and business rules.
• Log all advice in the in-house case management system.
• Mentor HR Advisers and Assistants on complex cases.
