Job summary

Seymour John Ltd is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The role offers hybrid working after an initial training period and a clear opportunity to influence people initiatives and organisational growth.

You will provide practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle, handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and policy development, and work closely with managers to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Advisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Experience handling employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on employee relations matters including absence and disciplinary cases.
• Coach managers on people-related issues and best practices.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and wider employee lifecycle activities.
• Analyze HR data and produce insights and recommendations.
• Support learning and development initiatives and employee development programmes.
• Assist with organisational change projects, restructures and consultations.
• Review and improve HR policies, processes and systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
